Thunderclap headache = SUMMIT

Causes of thunderclap headache:
  • SAH 25%.
  • Unknown - no cause found in 50-60%.
  • Meningitis.
  • Migraine.
  • Intracerebral bleeds.
  • Cortical vein thrombosis.
